You will find Fatima University just fifteen minutes away. There is also National College of Business Administration a bit further away, along Commonwealth Avenue, and then there is the Far Eastern University Diliman Campus a bit further inside Quezon City. You will also find quite a lot of shopping malls and department stores within a single jeepney ride from Northgate Park’s main gate. Fifteen minutes away, you will already find three large shopping malls. First is SM City Fairview, which is quite large and packed full of different stores and boutiques. Then there is the Ayala Malls Fairview Terraces, which is a bit on the higher end with chic boutiques and fine dining restaurants. Lastly, you will find Robinson’s Novaliches Mall where you will find more affordable items that you will not find in the first two. Regardless of what kind of shopper you are, you will find a place where you can fulfill all your shopping needs.
On the other hand, if you want to go someplace else, maybe a place where there are plenty of trees where you can let your mind just wander, or just go have a picnic or something, there are a couple of nice parks near Northgate Park Homes. Just 20 minutes away from the main gate, you will find the La Mesa Ecopark. This is a sprawling forest and garden tucked away deep inside Quezon City. Inside this protected nature sanctuary, you will find ancient trees, landscaped gardens, and the La Mesa Hydroelectric dam that supplies a good chunk of the city’s electricity.
